The small barren islands better knows as Los Arcos are considered one of Puerto Vallarta’s most recognizable attractions. Los Arcos are located between Playa Las Gemelas and Mismaloya, just 15 minutes south of Vallarta, towards Barra de Navidad.

Los Arcos is made up of small islands with amazing reefs; this protected reserve is home to many birds and colorful sea life, making it a favorite for snorkeling and scuba diving.  The biggest rock formation features a tunnel of 25 meters in height.

Swimming through these beautiful caves has proven to be an amazing experience; allowing one to truly appreciate the many facets nature has to offer. This is one of the many activities Puerto Vallarta offers the whole family will enjoy.
